BCSX Backups Terms of Service

BCSX Backups is an internal technical service operated by Busia College of Science and Technology for backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity of the Busia College Systems Experience platform.

Authorized Use

The service is intended only for authorized BCST systems and authorized technical personnel. It is not offered as a public backup service.

Google Drive Integration

BCSX Backups may use an authorized Google Drive account as an off-server destination for encrypted recovery backups created by the BCSX backup system.

Security and Access

Access credentials, backup encryption credentials, recovery files, and related technical systems must be handled only by authorized personnel and must not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Availability

BCST may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the backup integration when required for security, maintenance, operational, or disaster-recovery purposes.

Data Handling

Backup information is handled in accordance with BCST operational requirements and the BCSX Backups Privacy Policy.
